RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If the shopper is not satisfied with any product purchased by reason of a defect or incorrect item shipped, s/he may be entitled to either be refunded or have the product repaired or replaced which must be communicated to Infoworx Inc. doing business under the name and style of PCWORX, (Company, for brevity) within seven (7) business days. Returns For qualified returns, the Company might offer an alternative product. However, an exact product replacement cannot be guaranteed at all times; should this not be possible a full refund will be released in favor of the registered shopper. It will be credited to the account of the registered shopper only.

Refunds will be processed within twelve (12) to fifteen (15) business days after qualified returns verification.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Infoworx Inc. doing business under the name and style of PCWORX, has the right to cancel an order at any time due typographical or unforeseen errors that results in the product(s) on the site being listed inaccurately (having the wrong price or descriptions etc.) Orders with Complete Payment In the event a cancellation occurs and payment for the order has been received, the Company shall issue a full refund. Orders with Pending Payment The Company has the right to cancel an order if the shopper fails to process the payment within twenty-four (24) hours after order date or if the shopper fails the Company validation or security authentication
